One of the best parts of living at a Drewlo building is the access to top-notch amenities. What better way to cool off this summer than by using the swimming pool at your building?
While enjoying both the indoor and outdoor amenities, we ask that you're always considerate of other swimmers and that you follow these simple pool rules.
1. Know your pool's operating hours
To ensure your safety we ask that residents only use the pool while building managers are on duty
2. Bring the proper swimming attire
Bathing suit
Towel to dry off
Waterproof diapers for children
Non-slippery shoes
3. Parents please follow these rules
Children under the age of 16 should not be in the pool without supervision
All children under the age of 8 should have a life jacket or puddle jumpers
4. Shower before & after swimming
This will help to prevent excess dirt, bacteria, or residue from hygiene products from entering the pool
5. No splashing or running
Splashing makes the pool deck wet
Running on the deck can lead to slipping
Splashing also lowers water levels in the pool
Splashing can be dangerous or disruptive to other swimmers
6. Avoid swimming if you have the following:
Cuts, gashes or rashes
Infections, colds, or flus
Diarrhea
7. Report faulty pool equipment to your building manager
Faulty equipment includes broken ladders and cracked concrete
8. Alcohol Is not permitted in the pool area
Alcohol should not be consumed before swimming either
Have a safe & fun summer!
