We’re excited to offer a referral program for our residents: when you refer a friend to one of our apartment communities and they move in, you both get $100! It’s that simple.

Here’s How It Works:

• You must be a current resident in one of our buildings.
• Your friend must be a new tenant (not currently living in one of our apartments).
• Before your friend books a viewing, either of you needs to let the superintendent know it’s a referral.
• Once your friend signs a 12-month lease and moves in, you’ll both receive a $100 cheque as a thank-you from us.

There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, so feel free to spread the word far and wide!
