Newport Village II Now Renting!

Drewlo Holding's is happy to announce that open house appointments for Newport Village II have been released!

Those that signed up for our mailing list received priorty access last week and we are now pleased to offer appointments to the general public! 

You can book an appointment for viewing Newport Village II here. 

To view the floor plans, pricing, and more information about the building, visit the property here. 

If you are attending the open house, please remember to bring the following:
- Money Order or Certified Cheque: Please make the money order or certified cheque for your Last Month's Rent (LMR) payable to Drewlo Holdings Inc. Bring the money order or certified cheque in the amount for the unit that you're interested in based on the prices seen here. Any difference from the LMR can be adjusted at a later date.

- Post Dated Cheque: This cheque is for your First Month's Rent (FMR) and will be dated for your move-in date. 

- A Letter from your Employer: This is to support your claim of income on your application. If you are a student, we may require a letter from your school, and in most cases, students will need a parent or guardian to apply for the suite.
