We are thrilled to announce a new partnership and proposal for a supportive housing project at 46 Elmwood Place, London along with 3 other London based developers (The Tricar Group, Auburn Group, and Sifton Properties). This initiative affirms our commitment to recognizing the importance of home for every resident in London.
We are leveraging our expertise and community-oriented values to address the urgent need for affordable housing that includes wraparound services and support, in our community. Building on the success of previous partnerships with Indwell, a respected provider of affordable supportive housing, this initiative highlights the potential to make a significant impact on the community.
The project at 46 Elmwood Place is a response to the pressing need for urgent and affordable housing in London. Indwell aims to provide a swift and effective solution to this crisis, with City approvals underway and construction anticipated to begin soon.
