We are seeking an energetic and innovative Senior Marketing Manager.   This position has the autonomy of developing, executing and maintaining the marketing strategy for our award winning Company.  We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 60 years. Since 1958 we have been constructing and operating rental apartment towers across Southwestern Ontario and proving homes to thousands of Canadians.  We are the proud recipients of the ‘Rental Housing Provider of the Year’ award though the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement innovative marketing strategy, including advertising strategy
• Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing goals, tasks, advertising campaigns
• Manage marketing budget
• Create, monitor and update social media accounts including social media advertising
• Maintain a pulse on the local market conditions, track vacancy rate and home sales trends
• Maintaining accurate inventory
• Collaborate and build strong relationships with various departments and levels within the organization
• Manage your direct team’s performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Flexible to adapt in a fast paced environment, prioritize and multitask
• Experience with social media advertising, Company websites, graphic design and copy writing
• Analytical with a focus on making data-driven decisions
• Able to collaborate with multiple teams across the business
