Job Description:	We are seeking a live-in couple to manage a BRAND NEW luxury high-rise building in London. The successful candidates will have exceptional customer service skills, a proven track record in leasing, maintenance and management of residential apartment building. The SUPERINTENDENT TEAM is responsible for: Addressing residents’ concerns either themselves or involving our full time maintenance team at all on duty times Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance. Showing vacant apartments to prospective residents, completing applications and leases Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork. Ensuring the cleanliness of building. Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies. Maintaining fire safety logs. Responding appropriately and professionally to events and/or issues that occur at their worksite (with the support and direction of their Property Manager as required). Maintaining exterior walkways in safe condition during winter conditions. Covering a sister building while its Superintendent team are off duty – the sister building’s Superintendent team will cover your building when you are off duty Being able to conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
